While watching the Academy Awards on Sunday night, I was once again disappointed by the winner of the "Best Animated Feature" category. It was yet another Disney film, the same as the year before that, and the year before that, etc... Don't get me wrong, Inside Out was a good film, It's just discouraging to always see a film that deserved the win more (in my opinion) to lose out to another Disney film. Boy and the World was my pick to win, its a powerful film that discusses the dangers of globalization and has some beautiful animation, which is complimented by a wonderful score.
